vaporative Air Cooler

Also known as energy‑saving environmental‑friendly air conditioner, air cooler, cooling machine, evaporative air conditioner, power‑saving air conditioner, water‑cooled air conditioner and energy‑efficient air conditioner, is an energy‑saving product advocated by the state. It is an evaporative cooling‑ventilation unit integrating cooling, air exchange, dust prevention and odor removal.

 

Besides delivering fresh air and lowering temperatures for factory workshops, public venues and commercial entertainment sites, the evaporative air cooler features outstanding energy efficiency and environmental protection.

 

This innovative eco‑friendly product has no compressor, no refrigerant and no copper tubes. Its core components consist of evaporative cooling pads (multi‑layer corrugated fiber composite) and a 1.1 kW main motor. Principle of Cooling

Principle of Evaporative Cooling and Ventilation Units: Based on the natural physical phenomenon that “water absorbs heat during evaporation, and the evaporation area affects evaporation efficiency,” air is passed through an evaporative cooling pad—whose effective heat exchange area is many times greater than its surface area—to absorb a large amount of heat, thereby achieving the cooling effect.

 

Characteristics of the Multi-Layer Corrugated Fiber Composite Cooling Pad:

The core component is the direct-evaporation cooling pad. The “multi-layer corrugated fiber composite” cooling pad is a Swedish patented invention. It consists of a special “multi-layer corrugated fiber composite” characterized by excellent water absorption and ventilation properties, a sturdy texture that resists deformation even when soaked in water, and corrosion resistance, with a normal service life exceeding 5 years.

 

Method for Calculating the Number of Units:

Definition of Air Change Rate: Air change rate (times/hour) = Total indoor supply airflow (m?/h) ÷ (Indoor area (m?) × Indoor height (m)). The number of units required = Site volume × Air change rate. Localized supply airflow should be selected separately based on actual conditions, and the total airflow rate may be appropriately reduced.

Energy-Saving Features of Eco-Friendly Air Conditioners:
